Instructions:
- Add all listed ingredients into a mixing bowl.
- Use a whisk or fork to break up any clumps of garlic or onion powder until the color is uniform and the blend looks consistent.
- Form your burger patties first, then liberally sprinkle 2-3 teaspoons of seasoning per 1 lb of meat on both sides immediately before cooking.
- Place patties on a screaming hot cast-iron skillet or grill, pressing firmly for smash burgers to lock in the spices and create a concentrated crust.
