- 1 tbsp cornichons, finely diced
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Finely mince the chipotle peppers, capers, and cornichons into tiny, uniform pieces.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and adobo sauce until the mixture is a uniform, pale orange color and completely smooth.
- Gently fold in the minced chipotles, capers, horseradish, and diced cornichons. Finish with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, stirring until ingredients are evenly suspended.
