Ingredients:
- 2 medium frozen bananas, sliced (approx. 225g)
- 2 cups (480ml) unsweetened oat milk
- 1/2 cup (120g) Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp (48g) creamy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp (15g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 scoop (30g) chocolate protein powder
- 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp (15ml) maple syrup
Instructions:
- Pour the oat milk, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt into the blender first to ensure a smooth vortex and prevent powder from sticking.
- Add the frozen banana slices, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and protein powder on top of the liquid foundation.
- Start the blender on the lowest setting and quickly increase to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and velvety.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add an extra splash of milk and blend briefly until the desired consistency is reached.
