Ingredients:

  • 2 medium frozen bananas, sliced (approx. 225g)
  • 2 cups (480ml) unsweetened oat milk
  • 1/2 cup (120g) Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp (48g) creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp (15g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop (30g) chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Pour the oat milk, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt into the blender first to ensure a smooth vortex and prevent powder from sticking.
  2. Add the frozen banana slices, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and protein powder on top of the liquid foundation.
  3. Start the blender on the lowest setting and quickly increase to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and velvety.
  4. If the smoothie is too thick, add an extra splash of milk and blend briefly until the desired consistency is reached.
