Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (115g) light mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp (30g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (15g) Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp (5g) lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp (15g) capers, finely minced
  • 1 tbsp (15g) fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 clove (3g) garlic, minced into a paste
  • 1 tsp (5g) Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5g) smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp (1.2g) cayenne pepper

Instructions:

  1. Mince the garlic, parsley, and capers until they are extremely fine to ensure even distribution of flavor.
  2. Combine the light mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, and Dijon mustard in a mixing bowl and whisk vigorously until the mixture is smooth and velvety.
  3. Stir in the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper, then fold in the minced aromatics. Whisk one final time until the sauce reaches a consistent, pale-orange color.
  4. Transfer the sauce to a glass jar and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
