Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (115g) light mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp (30g) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp (15g) Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp (5g) lemon juice
- 1 tbsp (15g) capers, finely minced
- 1 tbsp (15g) fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 clove (3g) garlic, minced into a paste
- 1 tsp (5g) Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp (2.5g) smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp (1.2g) cayenne pepper
Instructions:
- Mince the garlic, parsley, and capers until they are extremely fine to ensure even distribution of flavor.
- Combine the light mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, and Dijon mustard in a mixing bowl and whisk vigorously until the mixture is smooth and velvety.
- Stir in the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper, then fold in the minced aromatics. Whisk one final time until the sauce reaches a consistent, pale-orange color.
- Transfer the sauce to a glass jar and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
