Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (150g) frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup (75g) frozen cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 medium (60g) frozen banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) plain Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup (180ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
  • 1 tsp (5ml) pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Layer the ingredients in the blender: pour in the almond milk and Greek yogurt first, followed by the chia seeds and cinnamon, then add the frozen blueberries, cauliflower, and banana on top.
  2. Start the blender on the lowest setting and pulse 5-7 times to break up the larger frozen cauliflower chunks into a coarse slush.
  3. Increase to high speed and blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is fully pulverized into a velvety liquid.
  4. Stop the blender and check the consistency; if it is too thick, add almond milk one tablespoon at a time until the desired fluidity is reached.
