Ingredients:
- 1 cup (150g) frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup (75g) frozen cauliflower florets
- 1/2 medium (60g) frozen banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup (120ml) plain Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup (180ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
- 1 tsp (5ml) pure maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp (1g) ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- Layer the ingredients in the blender: pour in the almond milk and Greek yogurt first, followed by the chia seeds and cinnamon, then add the frozen blueberries, cauliflower, and banana on top.
- Start the blender on the lowest setting and pulse 5-7 times to break up the larger frozen cauliflower chunks into a coarse slush.
- Increase to high speed and blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is fully pulverized into a velvety liquid.
- Stop the blender and check the consistency; if it is too thick, add almond milk one tablespoon at a time until the desired fluidity is reached.
