Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups (225g) frozen banana slices
- 0.5 cup (120ml) milk
- 0.25 cup (60g) Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp (16g) almond butter
- 0.5 tsp (2g) vanilla extract
- 0.25 tsp (1g) ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp (5g) honey
Instructions:
- Pour the milk, yogurt, vanilla, and honey into the blender canister first to create a liquid foundation that allows the blades to rotate freely.
- Add the frozen banana slices, almond butter, and cinnamon on top of the liquids to prevent blade lock.
- Start the blender on the lowest speed, gradually increasing to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture reaches a velvety consistency, using a rubber spatula to push frozen chunks toward the blades if necessary.
