Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups (225g) frozen banana slices
  • 0.5 cup (120ml) milk
  • 0.25 cup (60g) Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (16g) almond butter
  • 0.5 tsp (2g) vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp (1g) ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp (5g) honey

Instructions:

  1. Pour the milk, yogurt, vanilla, and honey into the blender canister first to create a liquid foundation that allows the blades to rotate freely.
  2. Add the frozen banana slices, almond butter, and cinnamon on top of the liquids to prevent blade lock.
  3. Start the blender on the lowest speed, gradually increasing to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture reaches a velvety consistency, using a rubber spatula to push frozen chunks toward the blades if necessary.
