Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (300g) frozen mixed berries
  • 1 medium (120g) frozen banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup (75g) frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1/2 cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (16g) almond butter
  • 1 tbsp (10g) chia seeds
  • 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp (5ml) pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Load ingredients into the blender in the following order: unsweetened almond milk and vanilla extract first, then almond butter and chia seeds, and finally the frozen berries, banana, and cauliflower rice.
  2. Start the blender on the lowest setting and quickly increase to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is a deep purple, uniform color with no visible chunks.
  3. Perform a consistency check. If the smoothie is too thick to pour, add extra almond milk one tablespoon at a time until the desired fluid consistency is reached.
