Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla whey or plant-based protein powder
  • 2 tbsp (16g) rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp (16g) almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (140g) frozen mixed berries
  • 1 handful (30g) fresh baby spinach

Instructions:

  1. Pour 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk into the blender. Note: This prevents sticking.
  2. Add 1/4 cup (60ml) plain Greek yogurt.
  3. Add 1 scoop (30g) vanilla whey or plant based protein powder.
  4. Add 2 tbsp (16g) rolled oats.
  5. Add 1 tbsp (16g) almond butter.
  6. Pour in 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) pure vanilla extract.
  7. Top with 1 cup (140g) frozen mixed berries.
  8. Add 1 handful (30g) fresh baby spinach.
  9. Start the blender on the lowest setting.
  10. Increase to high and blend for 45–60 seconds until the color is uniform and the texture is smooth.
