Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup (60ml) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop (30g) vanilla whey or plant-based protein powder
- 2 tbsp (16g) rolled oats
- 1 tbsp (16g) almond butter
- 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup (140g) frozen mixed berries
- 1 handful (30g) fresh baby spinach
Instructions:
- Pour 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk into the blender. Note: This prevents sticking.
- Add 1/4 cup (60ml) plain Greek yogurt.
- Add 1 scoop (30g) vanilla whey or plant based protein powder.
- Add 2 tbsp (16g) rolled oats.
- Add 1 tbsp (16g) almond butter.
- Pour in 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) pure vanilla extract.
- Top with 1 cup (140g) frozen mixed berries.
- Add 1 handful (30g) fresh baby spinach.
- Start the blender on the lowest setting.
- Increase to high and blend for 45–60 seconds until the color is uniform and the texture is smooth.
