Ingredients:

  • 2 to 4 (4 oz / 113 g each) Frozen Lobster Cakes
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) Avocado Oil spray
  • 1 wedge (15 g) Fresh Lemon
  • 1 tsp (2 g) Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes. Lightly coat the bottom of the basket with avocado oil spray to prevent sticking.
  2. Arrange the frozen lobster cakes in a single layer in the basket, ensuring at least one inch of space between each cake for maximum airflow.
  3. Lightly spray the tops of the frozen lobster cakes with avocado oil.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes. Carefully flip each cake using silicone-tipped tongs.
  5. Cook for an additional 5–7 minutes until the cakes reach a deep mahogany-brown color and a firm crust.
  6. Remove the cakes immediately and let them rest on a wire rack for 2 minutes to prevent the bottoms from softening.
  7. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top and garnish with chopped parsley just before serving.
