Ingredients:
- 2 to 4 (4 oz / 113 g each) Frozen Lobster Cakes
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Avocado Oil spray
- 1 wedge (15 g) Fresh Lemon
- 1 tsp (2 g) Fresh Parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes. Lightly coat the bottom of the basket with avocado oil spray to prevent sticking.
- Arrange the frozen lobster cakes in a single layer in the basket, ensuring at least one inch of space between each cake for maximum airflow.
- Lightly spray the tops of the frozen lobster cakes with avocado oil.
- Cook for 5 minutes. Carefully flip each cake using silicone-tipped tongs.
- Cook for an additional 5–7 minutes until the cakes reach a deep mahogany-brown color and a firm crust.
- Remove the cakes immediately and let them rest on a wire rack for 2 minutes to prevent the bottoms from softening.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top and garnish with chopped parsley just before serving.
