Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (245g) plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups (225g) mixed frozen berries
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
  • 1 pinch (0.5g) sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Pour the almond milk and vanilla extract into the blender first, followed by the Greek yogurt to prevent frozen ingredients from sticking to the blades.
  2. Add the frozen banana slices, frozen berries, and chia seeds to the blender.
  3. Start the blender on the lowest setting to break up large frozen chunks, then gradually increase to high speed. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth.
  4. Stop the blender and stir with a spatula to ensure there are no unblended berry pockets. If the consistency is too thick, add an extra tablespoon of milk and pulse for 5 seconds.
