Ingredients:
- 1 cup (245g) plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups (225g) mixed frozen berries
- 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) pure vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
- 1 pinch (0.5g) sea salt
Instructions:
- Pour the almond milk and vanilla extract into the blender first, followed by the Greek yogurt to prevent frozen ingredients from sticking to the blades.
- Add the frozen banana slices, frozen berries, and chia seeds to the blender.
- Start the blender on the lowest setting to break up large frozen chunks, then gradually increase to high speed. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth.
- Stop the blender and stir with a spatula to ensure there are no unblended berry pockets. If the consistency is too thick, add an extra tablespoon of milk and pulse for 5 seconds.
