Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup (20g) old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp (10g) chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup (75g) frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup (60g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (16g) almond butter
  • 1/2 medium (60g) frozen banana
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch (1g) ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Place the rolled oats and chia seeds into the dry blender canister. Pulse on high for 15-20 seconds until the mixture looks like a fine, sandy powder.
  2. Pour in the almond milk and Greek yogurt first, then add the almond butter and frozen fruit.
  3. Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until the vortex stabilizes and the texture becomes velvety and smooth.
