Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 3/4 cup (170g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups (225g) frozen strawberries
  • 1 medium (120g) frozen banana, sliced
  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp (5ml) pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp (15g) honey

Instructions:

  1. Pour the almond milk, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract into the blender first to ensure the blades can spin freely.
  2. Add the frozen strawberry chunks and sliced banana on top of the liquids.
  3. Add the vanilla protein powder, resting it on top of the fruit.
  4. Start the blender on the lowest setting and quickly increase to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the color is a consistent, vibrant pink and no frozen lumps remain.
