Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 3/4 cup (170g) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups (225g) frozen strawberries
- 1 medium (120g) frozen banana, sliced
- 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp (5ml) pure vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp (15g) honey
Instructions:
- Pour the almond milk, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract into the blender first to ensure the blades can spin freely.
- Add the frozen strawberry chunks and sliced banana on top of the liquids.
- Add the vanilla protein powder, resting it on top of the fruit.
- Start the blender on the lowest setting and quickly increase to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the color is a consistent, vibrant pink and no frozen lumps remain.
