Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (150g) frozen mixed berries
  • 1 medium (120g) frozen banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup (70g) frozen mango chunks
  • 3/4 cup (180ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp (5ml) pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup (15g) fresh baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp (10g) chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. Pour the unsweetened almond milk, plain Greek yogurt, and pure vanilla extract into the blender first to create a liquid vortex.
  2. Add the baby spinach and chia seeds, then layer the frozen mixed berries, frozen mango chunks, and frozen banana slices on top.
  3. Start the blender on the lowest setting for 10 seconds to break up frozen chunks, then gradually increase to the highest speed and blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is glossy and smooth.
