Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp (15g) chia seeds
- 1.5 cups (225g) frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup (150g) frozen mango chunks
- 1 medium (120g) ripe banana
- 1 tsp (7ml) honey
Instructions:
- Pour the almond milk and Greek yogurt into the blender canister first. Add the chia seeds and honey at this stage to create a lubricated base.
- Layer in the frozen mixed berries and mango chunks, followed by the banana, allowing gravity to push the heaviest items into the blades.
- Start the blender on the lowest setting to break up large frozen chunks, then gradually increase to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until smooth.
