Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (15g) chia seeds
  • 1.5 cups (225g) frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup (150g) frozen mango chunks
  • 1 medium (120g) ripe banana
  • 1 tsp (7ml) honey

Instructions:

  1. Pour the almond milk and Greek yogurt into the blender canister first. Add the chia seeds and honey at this stage to create a lubricated base.
  2. Layer in the frozen mixed berries and mango chunks, followed by the banana, allowing gravity to push the heaviest items into the blades.
  3. Start the blender on the lowest setting to break up large frozen chunks, then gradually increase to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until smooth.
