Ingredients:

  • 1 large frozen banana, broken into chunks (approx. 4 oz / 115g)
  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter (32g)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (240ml)
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (60g)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (2g)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract (5ml)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (15g)
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats (16g)

Instructions:

  1. Pour the almond milk, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract into the blender carafe first to create a vortex and prevent air pockets.
  2. Add the frozen banana chunks, peanut butter, cinnamon, and oats. Drizzle honey or maple syrup directly onto the peanut butter to ensure full incorporation.
  3. Start the blender on the lowest setting to break up large chunks, then gradually increase to high speed for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is fully emulsified and shows a rhythmic wave pattern.
