Ingredients:

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (240ml)
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (60g)
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (2g)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract (5ml)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (15g)
- 2 tbsp rolled oats (16g)
Instructions:
- Pour the almond milk, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract into the blender carafe first to create a vortex and prevent air pockets.
- Add the frozen banana chunks, peanut butter, cinnamon, and oats. Drizzle honey or maple syrup directly onto the peanut butter to ensure full incorporation.
- Start the blender on the lowest setting to break up large chunks, then gradually increase to high speed for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is fully emulsified and shows a rhythmic wave pattern.
