Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (45g)
  • 2 cups oat milk (480ml)
  • 2 medium frozen bananas (200g)
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter (48g)
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt (60g)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon (0.5g)
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Place the rolled oats into the blender. Pulse 5-7 times until the oats look like a coarse flour.
  2. Add the frozen banana chunks, peanut butter, greek yogurt, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla extract to the blender.
  3. Pour the oat milk over the top of the ingredients.
  4. Start the blender on low and gradually increase to high. Blend for 45-60 seconds until the mixture is glossy and completely homogenous.
  5. If the consistency is too thick, add a splash more oat milk and blend on low until it pours easily.
