Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (45g)
- 2 cups oat milk (480ml)
- 2 medium frozen bananas (200g)
- 3 tbsp peanut butter (48g)
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt (60g)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon (0.5g)
- 1 pinch sea salt
Instructions:
- Place the rolled oats into the blender. Pulse 5-7 times until the oats look like a coarse flour.
- Add the frozen banana chunks, peanut butter, greek yogurt, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla extract to the blender.
- Pour the oat milk over the top of the ingredients.
- Start the blender on low and gradually increase to high. Blend for 45-60 seconds until the mixture is glossy and completely homogenous.
- If the consistency is too thick, add a splash more oat milk and blend on low until it pours easily.
