Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup (20g) rolled oats
  • 1 medium (120g) frozen banana, broken into chunks
  • 2 tbsp (32g) creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup (60g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp (5ml) maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp (1g) ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch (0.5g) sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Place the rolled oats and cinnamon into the blender. Pulse on high for 15–20 seconds until the oats resemble a fine powder.
  2. Add the frozen banana chunks, Greek yogurt, and peanut butter to the blender. Pour in the almond milk.
  3. Start the blender on the lowest setting and gradually increase to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until a uniform, beige-colored swirl is achieved.
