Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup (20g) rolled oats
- 1 medium (120g) frozen banana, broken into chunks
- 2 tbsp (32g) creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup (60g) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp (5ml) maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp (1g) ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch (0.5g) sea salt
Instructions:
- Place the rolled oats and cinnamon into the blender. Pulse on high for 15–20 seconds until the oats resemble a fine powder.
- Add the frozen banana chunks, Greek yogurt, and peanut butter to the blender. Pour in the almond milk.
- Start the blender on the lowest setting and gradually increase to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until a uniform, beige-colored swirl is achieved.
