Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium (120g) frozen banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup (75g) frozen mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup (20g) rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp (15g) chia seeds
  • 1 tsp (5g) honey
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Pour the almond milk and Greek yogurt into the blender first. Add the rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and honey. Place the frozen banana and mixed berries on top.
  2. Start the blender on the lowest setting to break up frozen chunks, then increase to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth.
  3. Stir the mixture with a spoon. If too thick, add a splash of almond milk; if too thin, add 2-3 ice cubes and blend for an additional 10 seconds.
