Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup (60ml) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 medium (120g) frozen banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup (75g) frozen mixed berries
- 1/4 cup (20g) rolled oats
- 1 tbsp (15g) chia seeds
- 1 tsp (5g) honey
- 1/4 tsp (1g) ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- Pour the almond milk and Greek yogurt into the blender first. Add the rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and honey. Place the frozen banana and mixed berries on top.
- Start the blender on the lowest setting to break up frozen chunks, then increase to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth.
- Stir the mixture with a spoon. If too thick, add a splash of almond milk; if too thin, add 2-3 ice cubes and blend for an additional 10 seconds.
