- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, minced
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay, and parsley.
- Gently fold in the chopped lobster meat and Panko breadcrumbs using a rubber spatula until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into 8 equal-sized patties, approximately 1 inch thick.
- Place patties on a parchment-lined plate and refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes until firm to the touch.
- Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until foaming.
- Carefully place the chilled cakes in the pan and shallow fry until a golden-brown crust forms on both sides.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, lemon juice, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and minced dill in a small bowl.
