Ingredients:

  • 1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, minced

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay, and parsley.
  2. Gently fold in the chopped lobster meat and Panko breadcrumbs using a rubber spatula until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into 8 equal-sized patties, approximately 1 inch thick.
  4. Place patties on a parchment-lined plate and refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes until firm to the touch.
  5. Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until foaming.
  6. Carefully place the chilled cakes in the pan and shallow fry until a golden-brown crust forms on both sides.
  7. Prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, lemon juice, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and minced dill in a small bowl.
