Ingredients:
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 medium frozen bananas, sliced
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 0.5g sea salt
Instructions:
- Pour the almond milk and vanilla extract into the blender first to create a liquid base.
- Add the frozen bananas, berries, mango, cinnamon, sea salt, and maple syrup on top of the liquid.
- Start the blender on the lowest setting, gradually increasing to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is uniform and smooth.
- Stir with a spoon to check for unblended fruit chunks. Adjust consistency by adding a splash more almond milk if too thick, or 3–4 ice cubes if too thin, blending briefly again.
