Ingredients:

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 medium frozen bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.5g sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Pour the almond milk and vanilla extract into the blender first to create a liquid base.
  2. Add the frozen bananas, berries, mango, cinnamon, sea salt, and maple syrup on top of the liquid.
  3. Start the blender on the lowest setting, gradually increasing to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is uniform and smooth.
  4. Stir with a spoon to check for unblended fruit chunks. Adjust consistency by adding a splash more almond milk if too thick, or 3–4 ice cubes if too thin, blending briefly again.
