Ingredients:

  • 1 medium frozen banana, sliced (120g)
  • 1/2 cup whole milk (120ml)
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt (80g)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract (5ml)
  • 1 tbsp honey (21g)
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon (1g)

Instructions:

  1. Add ingredients to the blender in the following order to protect the blades: first the milk, then the Greek yogurt, and finally the frozen banana chunks on top.
  2. Start the blender on the lowest setting and quickly increase to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until a swirling vortex forms and the mixture is a pale, creamy yellow with no visible fruit chunks.
  3. Stop the blender and stir with a spoon to check consistency. If the mixture is too thick to pour, add milk one tablespoon at a time until it is fluid enough to sip through a straw.
