Ingredients:
- 1 medium frozen banana, sliced (120g)
- 1/2 cup whole milk (120ml)
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt (80g)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract (5ml)
- 1 tbsp honey (21g)
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon (1g)
Instructions:
- Add ingredients to the blender in the following order to protect the blades: first the milk, then the Greek yogurt, and finally the frozen banana chunks on top.
- Start the blender on the lowest setting and quickly increase to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until a swirling vortex forms and the mixture is a pale, creamy yellow with no visible fruit chunks.
- Stop the blender and stir with a spoon to check consistency. If the mixture is too thick to pour, add milk one tablespoon at a time until it is fluid enough to sip through a straw.
