Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium frozen banana, broken into chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Pour the almond milk and Greek yogurt into the blender canister first to ensure the blades can spin freely and prevent frozen fruit from getting stuck.
  2. Add the rolled oats, chia seeds, and vanilla extract, followed by the frozen banana chunks and frozen raspberries.
  3. Start the blender on the lowest setting to break up the large frozen chunks, then quickly ramp up to high speed. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is uniform and oats are fully pulverized.
  4. Stop the blender and stir with a spoon to check for unblended oat clumps. If the smoothie is too thick, add an extra splash of almond milk and pulse for 5 seconds.
