Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp cornichons, finely minced
- 1 tbsp capers, drained and chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is smooth and the mustard is fully incorporated.
- Add the minced cornichons and chopped capers. Use a spatula to fold these ingredients in gently until evenly distributed.
- Stir in the lemon juice. Taste and add an extra squeeze of lemon if a brighter acidity is desired.
- Optional: Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
