Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp cornichons, finely minced
  • 1 tbsp capers, drained and chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is smooth and the mustard is fully incorporated.
  2. Add the minced cornichons and chopped capers. Use a spatula to fold these ingredients in gently until evenly distributed.
  3. Stir in the lemon juice. Taste and add an extra squeeze of lemon if a brighter acidity is desired.
  4. Optional: Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
