Ingredients:

  • 1 cup full-fat canned coconut milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Pour the coconut milk and vanilla extract into the blender first to create a vortex.
  2. Add the frozen banana, mango, and pineapple on top of the liquid.
  3. Start the blender on the lowest setting and gradually increase to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and a uniform pale gold color.
  4. Adjust the texture: add 2 tbsp more coconut milk if too thick, or 2–3 more frozen mango chunks if too thin, then blend again.
