Ingredients:
- 1 cup full-fat canned coconut milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions:
- Pour the coconut milk and vanilla extract into the blender first to create a vortex.
- Add the frozen banana, mango, and pineapple on top of the liquid.
- Start the blender on the lowest setting and gradually increase to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and a uniform pale gold color.
- Adjust the texture: add 2 tbsp more coconut milk if too thick, or 2–3 more frozen mango chunks if too thin, then blend again.
