Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (60g) fresh baby spinach, packed
  • 1/4 medium avocado (40g)
  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana (60g)
  • 1 tbsp (10g) chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp (2g) ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) cold water or ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Pour the almond milk into the blender first, followed by the vanilla protein powder to prevent sticking.
  2. Add the spinach, avocado, frozen banana, and chia seeds on top of the liquid.
  3. Start the blender on the lowest setting to break up the frozen banana, then rapidly increase to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the color is a uniform, vibrant green.
  4. Check the consistency. If too thick, add cold water one tablespoon at a time; if you prefer a frostier texture, add ice cubes and pulse until integrated.
