Ingredients:
- 2 cups (60g) fresh baby spinach, packed
- 1/4 medium avocado (40g)
- 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 frozen banana (60g)
- 1 tbsp (10g) chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp (2g) ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup (60ml) cold water or ice cubes
Instructions:
- Pour the almond milk into the blender first, followed by the vanilla protein powder to prevent sticking.
- Add the spinach, avocado, frozen banana, and chia seeds on top of the liquid.
- Start the blender on the lowest setting to break up the frozen banana, then rapidly increase to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the color is a uniform, vibrant green.
- Check the consistency. If too thick, add cold water one tablespoon at a time; if you prefer a frostier texture, add ice cubes and pulse until integrated.
