Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 large flour tortillas (10 inches each)
- 3 cups shredded romaine lettuce
- 2 tbsp shaved parmesan
- 1/4 cup crushed croutons
Instructions:
- Pat the chicken strips completely dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, toss chicken strips with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer; air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and grated parmesan until velvety.
- To assemble, place a layer of shredded romaine lettuce in the center of each tortilla to create a moisture barrier.
- Top the lettuce with air-fried chicken, drizzle with Caesar dressing, and sprinkle with shaved parmesan and crushed croutons.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to seal the wrap.
