Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 2 large flour tortillas (10 inches each)
  • 3 cups shredded romaine lettuce
  • 2 tbsp shaved parmesan
  • 1/4 cup crushed croutons

Instructions:

  1. Pat the chicken strips completely dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, toss chicken strips with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer; air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  4. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and grated parmesan until velvety.
  5. To assemble, place a layer of shredded romaine lettuce in the center of each tortilla to create a moisture barrier.
  6. Top the lettuce with air-fried chicken, drizzle with Caesar dressing, and sprinkle with shaved parmesan and crushed croutons.
  7. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to seal the wrap.
